Chocolate Ganache Icing
I made this ganache for the first time when I made "Jan's Chocolate Cake," (also for the first time). This was a HUGE HIT! I used dark chocolate w/Kahlua to go in between the layers and I used semisweet chocolate w/Godiva Chocolate Liqueur for the icing on the top/sides. It's been 3 days and I'm still getting emails from friends raving on how good the cake was. This is a keeper!

Jan's Chocolate Cake
I made this cake for the first time for a friend's birthday...it was such a HUGE HIT! It's been 3 days since the party and folks are STILL emailing me kudos! This is a wonderful recipe and I will keep it forever!

Japanese-Style Deep Fried Chicken
I didn't like this at all. I thought the chicken was dry and didn't have as much flavor as I wanted. But, I made this dish for a get together and my friends loved it. I was disappointed though, so I don't plan on making it again.
