Butternut Squash Risotto

This was delicious. I used frozen squash to save time and added a few cloves of garlic. Yum! My kids wouldn't touch it, but more for me and my husband.

This tasted really good. It was nice and shiny and my kids raved over it. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because I had to adjust the recipe when I made it to serve 48. Very good.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These cookies were just so-so. I don't know what all the fuss was about. The dough was too sticky even after refridgerating overnight. The taste was just okay. Nothing to rave about. I'll keep looking.

These were good. Not the best I have ever had, but yummy. I didn't have trouble with crumbling. I melted white chocolate chips and drizzled it over the top.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Not the best I have had , but great, none the less. I loved the cinnamon and sugar coating. I also cut the sugar back to 2 1/2 cups. I love that it made a lot, now I have some to freeze. Yum!

German Red Cabbage

Delicious. My 5 year old thought the smell was great, which is why he tried it. He didn't go for it, but his little friend did. This was great and such a nice change of pace in the veggie department. Will definately be part of my fall rotation.

These were fantastic, however, I think 4 cups of bread crumbs is way too much. I probably used only 2 1/2, and ended up having to throw the rest away. Yummy, though.

Blueberry Brunch Loaf

I am giving this just a 2 because the recipe was incorrect. There was no amount given for the milk. I ended up doing about 3/4 c. It turned out fine, but I think the orange flavor overpowered the blueberries. Over all pretty good. My family enjoyed it.
