Sicilian Sausage Soup
This was excellent soup. We all loved it. I did make a couple of changes due to personal tastes. I added a pound of sausage, three cloves of garlic, a 1/4 t. of fennel seed, and then used 6 cups chicken broth. Served it with a thick Italian bread, and it was a huge hit! Thanks for the great recipe!

Baked Ziti III
This was wonderful! I used ricotta cheese and added three big cloves of garlic. I also had to use an 11x14 inch pan, but I'm so glad, because now we have enough to share with family and we get to eat it again tomorrow! Thanks for the great recipe!

A Nice Slow-Cooked Pork
This is the best pork roast I've ever had. Moist and flavorful. I think that next time I might add less broth and sherry and more vegetables like carrots and green beans because the vegies were so good! Thanks for the great recipe, and my family thanks you, too.
