Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops
This sauce was great! Just the right combo of sweet/tangy and complimented the meat really well. The only substantial change I made was to throw in some diced onions before baking (and I may have added a tad more brown sugar). I also covered with foil for the first half, then flipped the chops and left uncovered for the second half. They came out moist and wonderful. And it was VERY easy. Definitely a keeper!

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls
Made these this morning and they were great! As with some other reviewers, I ended up adding an extra 1/2 cup or so of flour to get the dough the right consistency, and I also added about a 1/2 cup of sugar to the dough just because. Also, instead of combining the butter/br. sugar/cinnamon, I spread melted butter on the rolled dough and sprinkled the other two on top. I added about a tsp. more cinnamon, but next time would probably add even more. I topped them off with a cream cheese frosting/glaze and only had to bake them about 18 minutes. Sooo good!!

Grandma's Banana Bread
This banana bread is fantastic! Super moist and great flavor. I've added cinnamon, which tasted great too! I bake as muffins (for 20-23 minutes) and/or in loaf pans. This one's a keeper!!
