Apple Bread
This was sooo good! I had never had apple bread before but now I will definately be using this recipe for any apples that need used up. I did alter recipe a little as per other reviews I omitted the oil and added applesauce instead.

Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin
Made few changes as suggested - parboiled potatoes, more onion and covered dish for first half of cooking time. Family liked it even my picky DS. Will be making again!!
