Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake
This makes a massive cake, and it took nearly three hours to cook all the way through, and over flowed all over the oven. So this time, I'm going to half the recipe and see what happens.

Honey-Garlic Pork Ribs
Wow this is my biggest failure on here to date (almost three years of allrecipeing). It turned into a burned sugar mess of blackness, the meat jerky, and unedible to even the dog.

Pork Cutlets with Cranberry Wine Sauce
I used this recipe on a "center sliced pork leg". It came out great. Moist and slightly sweet, just the way pork should be. I omitted the oven part as I saw no need for it.
