Barbeque Chicken
This recipe was awesome! Here are the changes I made: 1) omit the water 2) use chili sauce in place of ketchup (gives it more of a savory flavor) 3)double the sauce and only use 6 thighs (~3 servings) 4) use cider vinegar 5)omit salt 6) add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 7) added fresh ground pepper. I also shredded the chicken before the last 15 minutes of baking and served it on buns. Husband and I loved it!
