Flavor was fabulous. After going exactly by the recipe, I had soggy pork chops swimming in juices. For 15 minutes, I continued to bake uncovered & broil to get rid of the soggy & have a nice crisp coating. They were great, except parts were way too dry due to needing to cook longer. I'd do again, but would uncover at the 30-35 minute mark to drain juices and broil.
