Corny Ham and Potato Scallop
We didn't like this recipe at all. The flavour was off and so was the texture. Won't be making this again.

Gourmet Guacamole
This recipe was pretty good. Instead of using chili powder I used 1/2 a chopped jalapeño pepper. I like my heat though...others may want to use only 1/4, making sure to remove the seeds and membrane. I added a little extra salsa as well!
