Plum Quick Bread
I was looking for a way to use up the many plums that I have on hand before they go bad, and I happened upon this recipe. I followed the recipe, substituting some apple sauce in place of the oil, and it turned out wonderful. The bread is very moist! I made only one loaf, and six muffins. I preferred the muffins, and they were delicious even after a couple of days.
