Vegan Black Bean Soup
This soup has become a "go to" recipe for me...I can't find anyone who doesn't like it! My 6 and 3 year olds love it, my picky sister-in-law loves it, my meat eating hubby loves it, I love it. I don't change a thing and usually double the recipe, and never have any left.

Black Magic Cake
Love this cake. I only wish I had read a few of the reviews that warned how moist it is, because mine did stick in the pan a little. Oh well, frosting hides a multitude of sins. Or as my daughter says, "Mom your cakes may not be pretty, but they sure are delicious!"

Zeke's Tortilla Soup
This is yummy. Had lots of garnish items...limes, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, jalapenos, onions, avocado, we all ate it the way we wanted to. Delicious!
