Indian Chicken Curry II
I make this often and consider it a favorite. The only change is I add the whole can of coconut milk, some cubed potato and small cauliflower pieces before the simmer stage. Serve with home made naan and different chutneys. Great! YUM!

Concord Grape Pie I
This is worth the effort. For later cooking, freeze the filling in 9 inch pie plates covered with tinfoil. Then store in plastic bags in the freezer. Anytime, make the pastry,unwrap a filling, and drop it in the pie shell and bake.
