I've been out of cooking school for over a year and I've just managed to land the best job ever. I work for BC Ferries as a third cook now and get to travel all along the BC coast and get to see some of the most beautiful views in the world. I love to cook things that make people happy. I especially love baking. I came in second place during our black box competition at the end of the year in cooking school. Even if I try really hard to make it succeed, if I hate the thing I am cooking it will be garbage by the time I'm finished.
