About this Cook
I've been out of cooking school for over a year and I've just managed to land the best job ever. I work for BC Ferries as a third cook now and get to travel all along the BC coast and get to see some of the most beautiful views in the world.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook things that make people happy. I especially love baking.
My cooking triumphs
I came in second place during our black box competition at the end of the year in cooking school.
My cooking tragedies
Even if I try really hard to make it succeed, if I hate the thing I am cooking it will be garbage by the time I'm finished.

Mini Cheesecakes I
A really great base recipe, that can be tweaked tons of ways to make whatever flavour cheesecake you want! I added lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice to the cream cheese mix. Also substituted for oreo crumbs for the base and blueberries instead of cherries for the top. Next time I'm gonna try making a chocolate-espresso one. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Chap Chee Noodles
I work in a Korean run restaurant and every once in a while, my bosses mom makes Chap Chae. It's my most favourite Korean dish. This is a very good recipe, the only thing I changed was I used sweet potato noodles instead of the cellophane noodles.
