I am a 23 year old who learned how to cook by making dinner for my brothers and sisters. My mom was a busy woman so dinners were often my job. I adore cooking, and I love learning about new recipes!

Pasta, any type of casserole, twice baked potatoes and all types of cakes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Each year on Christmas Eve my family makes 100's of tamales! We give them out as gifts and eat them the next day. I LOVE TAMALES!
My cooking triumphs
Last year I made 20 dozen cookies for cookie platters at Christmas. They all came out wonderful and they were a big hit!
