Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers
Excellent, fast and easy! Easy patty-shaping tip: divide salmon mixture into 4 or 6 portions. Spoon one portion at a time into a rounded measuring cup and firm into cup with back of spoon. Tip out of measuring cup into frypan.

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet
Very good! This is a versatile recipe, and can be changed to suit what veggies you like and what's in the fridge. I used some mushrooms and green beans instead of the green pepper, plus I doubled the broth as other reviewers suggested.
