The cookies were excellent. I made half the quantity and followed the recipe except I added 1/2 cup oatmeal (total 1 1/2)...they were sweet to my taste but next day they were really really good and not as sweet...they were like the good store cookies....I will not make them again simply because I ate the whole thing and my son only managed to have two.....

I have changed few things. I microwaved the rosemary (added more than the recipe calls for), garlic and Olive oil for 3min. I then added only the olive oil to the potatoes. I baked it in muffin baking tin...thank you. Im waiting for my 4 yrs old to wake up and try it
