Made these back at Christmas, but just remembering to rate and review everything now. These were SOOOOOO easy to make and a huge hit with everyone that got them in their Christmas goody bags. I had a thought that at Christmas they seem to make the colored red & green (pastel) marshmallows and that would probably look really cool mixed in with some white ones. Definitely will make again.

mmmmm...I made this for my husband and I, and it felt like we ate out at a restaurant. It was so yummy and I served it over thin spaghetti. I didn't even have lemon juice, so I left it out. Next time, I might broil the shrimp for a little bit just so the bread crumbs get a little crunch to them - but that's just a thought. Thanks for a great recipe!

I've had a good recipe for years that I've used, but I wanted to try a new one to see if they were any better. This recipe is awesome. I did add a little bit more sugar as suggested, and I cut the servings down to 40 to make a slightly smaller batch, adding a little almond extract too. Stay true to the rest of the recipe and make the cookies really thick. They are soooo awesome! Thanks for this one - a mainstay in my recipe box.
