Anything with Pasta in it. Stuffed Shells have always been a favorite for me. My mom made them for me when I was young and we have always shared a special love for them. Funny thing is, despite watching my mom cook meals for all the years I spent at home...she never truly "taught" me to cook. I learned to cook when I was 19 and living on my own. I became really interested in trying recipes and discovering new foods....my boyfriend's mom was very patient with me and let me use and abuse her kitchen on the weekends when we would visit them while in college. I burned up a lot of pots, pans and cookie sheets, but I'm a great cook now because of it....oh and he's my husband now, so he benefitted too.
