when I am not busy with three kids, a husband, a full time job and running daily you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking or baking something. My favorite things to cook are desserts. I love baking and find it relaxing and enjoyable are dips for parties and squares and cookies. I usually give dessert baskets for christmas to family members as gifts. I can't make brownies and I have trouble cooking with beef. I have tried variety of recipes and continue to fail in this category.
