Carrot Parsnip Stir-Fry

White Bean Fennel Soup
This soup was delicious. It was really easy, healthy, and had a great taste. I did not need as much broth as it called for, and I added a bit of garlic with the onion.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread
An easy recipe that tastes really good. I cut the recipe in half and made muffins instead of a loaf. Big success!
