Sausage Hash
This was really good, but the leftovers were even BETTER! I like my hash a bit crispy, so the next day when I reheated it I got the pan nice and hot and made both sides crunchy, mmmmm. Cook and dice the potatoes the night before and the dish is a snap to whip up on a busy evening!
