Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Really good...used mostly fat free and low sodium ingredients, skipped the butter, used broth instead of water, added a can of veg all and used 1 10 oz can of reduced fat biscuits. Took 2 hrs to cook the biscuits even after I rolled them flat and cut them into strips using a pizza cutter. Used chicken tenderloins, and it needed to be cooked about 4 hours on High before I shredded it. Served over mashed potatoes...YUM! My boyfriend and my neighbor ate it all! Will def. make again!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Made for a dinner the other night to rave reviews!! Used red. fat cream cheese and red. fat cheddar cheese and about 1/2 the butter to try and save a few calories :) Great, will be making again!!!

Baked Ham Sandwiches

We have been making a version of this in my family for years...we use the little square dinner rolls and slice the package in half and we also use mozzerella cheese too...yum!

Toasted Party Mix

THE BEST PAN TO USE.....My family has been making this for years, at least our own version. Some people were asking about the pan...the best thing we have found is to use the big dark blue pan with the lid you make turkey in and divide it into 2 batches. My sister uses the bottom of hers and the lid of hers as the 2 pans! I usually use the bottom of my pan and buy a big aluminum roasting pan for the other.Our recipe is bigger though.....

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I would give this 10 stars if I could!!! It was so good my boyfriend about licked his plate. I added some garlic, onions,mushrooms, and carrots and it turned out great! We are having open faced sandwiches with the leftovers, the gravy is great!
