This was excellent! I doubled the recipe, but used about three pounds of meat. I used frozen corn (didn't cook or defrost) and whole olives. For the taco seasoning I used a double recipe off this site. I cut the milk down to 1 cup per recipe. I work, so after spraying "Pam" in the casserole, I put it on low for the 9 hours I was at work. I added the cheese when I got home and headed off to a pot-luck. Everyone raved about it! The consistency was perfect, no dry crust in the pan. It was moist just like a home made tamale. The flavor was great. Thanks, an easy, delicious recipe.
