Baked Ziti IV
Excellent recipe. I use twice the beef and a pound of italian sausage. It makes plenty for two people for the week.

Pizza Pinwheels
It's so easy to make these. I didn't change the recipe at all and they turned out great. I tried baking them on a pizza stone and a cookie sheet, the stone gave better results. I'll chop up the pepperoni next time, seems like they may roll up a little better. I'll definitely make these again.

Mac and Cheese II
Excellent recipe. I decided after first trying the recipe to add more cheddar cheese to the recipe to make it a bit thicker and give it a little bite. The recipe was alot easier than I expected.
