Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken
This ia a wonderful recipe, however, I would like to point out that puff pastry and filo are not the same and although either will work, the taste and appearance is different.

Old Fashioned Kentucky Nut Cake
Edible, but not good. As a cake, it was like calling cornbread cake. It was not sweet enough. It would be better called a coffee cake, but then there are better cofee cake recipes out there.
