Roasted Pecan Banana Bread Loaves
My sisters loved this and requested for more! Used the mini loaves pan, added 3/4 c of sweetened coconut flakes and reduced sugar to 1/2 c.

Lemon Bread
My son loved this! He finished 1/4 of the loaf in one sitting. I added 2 tsp of lemon juice and used a butter flavored shortening. I only baked it for 45 mins.

Prune and Olive Chicken
It's way too sweet for me! If ever I'll cook it again, I'll omit the brown sugar.
