Cherry Vodka Sour
I thought it was great. It may be too much for some people but that is easily remedied by lowering the amount of vodka used.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
I made the recipe exactly as called for but I did add two ribs of celery diced. The soup turned out fantastic. I wished I had cooked my mushrooms a little longer but that was my issue not a problem with the recipe. I would just suggest cooking the mushrooms to your desired tenderness before adding to the soup. I think this is the best soup I have ever made!

Calabrese Style Spaghetti
I used half butter and half olive oil. 1 tbsp garlic, minced onion, 2 roma tomatoes and chopped black olives. I also added freshly ground pepper and salt. We served it with some baked wild salmon and it was delicious.
