Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
This was AWESOME. i had some doubts at first because most recipes state to bake at 350 degrees but This recipe said 300 but after 35~37 minutes of baking, it looked and tasted fine. I used sliced almonds since thats what i had,add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, and zest of 1 orange. Next time i will use pistachios for the more festive look of red&green. Baked 6 minutes on each side for the second bake. Thought they weren't "dry" enough but when cooled, its PERFECT! Drizzled half with semisweet chocolate and the other half left as is. Thanks for this awesome recipe!
