World's Best Lasagna

Everyone really LOVED this recipe. Did everything exactly as the recipe required and it came out great! It was my first time using the sweet italian sausage and it flavored the lasagna wonderfully. I used the remaining meat sauce as a spaghetti dish. This will become a regular for me. Thank you!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

SO GOOD! I have been trying all of the different whole chicken recipes and this one if my ultimate favorite so far. However, I did make some modifications. I added adobo seasoning and paprika because other reviewers mentioned it didnt have that much flavor. Instead of celery, I added mushroom and garlic with the butter in the cavity. Simply delish!

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

This recipe is really great! I LOVE the beignets at Cafe Du Monde so I was really looking forward to having something similar. Everyone loved these! I'm not sure what it's missing, but it still does not taste as wonderful as Cafe's. Nonetheless, I will definitely make these again. ** I would definitely let the dough rise for at least 6 hours. It will come out much better! I also added a tsp of vanilla **

Barbecued Beef

This recipe is one of my favorites on this site- and I have many! As other reviewers advised, I doubled up on the liquid smoke. I also added some hot sauce for an extra kick. Cooked it for about 7 hours before taking it out to shred. So amazing! Everyone loved it. Can't wait to make again!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Based on a few of the other reviews, I made a few modifications to the recipe. Added my favorite seasoning and stuffed the chicken with onions and garlic. Instead of foil, I added onions with a lil bit of chicken broth. Cooked for 6 hours and it came out very good and tender!
