About this Cook
Born in Brooklyn in 1945, now living in Huntersville, North Carolina, I was lucky enough to stay single for 35 years. Now, happily married for 4 years--married for 27, but 4 were happy. Taught myself to follow recipes when I was single to impress the young ladies. Wifey's first attempt to cook was hamburgers which were used for hockey pucks, so I assumed the chef's role.

I'm a mad scientist when I cook. Sometimes my creations are chased by the family with torches and burned in the windmill.

Company Potatoes
Wifey found it too rich, my 19 y.o. son doesn't like potatos. So it was up to me to rate this delicious dish. Very creamy. The cheese topping really made the dish super.

Baked Pork Chops I
Chops were very tender, but Wifey and the boys said they were bland. I made a note to spice up the recipe the next time I try these.
