I work part time at the seafood department of the grocery store in our town. I am happily married and have two children 7 and 8. I love ethnic food! We never eat anything bland and boring, always using bold, flavourful ingredients and unique recipes My mom loves making desserts; i'm not a big dessert fan though. My father makes a mean chicken kiev! My thai curry pastes from scratch My Indian chicken with almonds/pistashios (hopefully soon to be posted!), Chicken Baton Rouge (cajun marinated chicken, or shrimp, mushrooms, green peppers, onions in a sherry cajun cream sauce) 'Cement-head award of the year' award, given to ME! I can't bake to save my life. My biggest error...thinking I could use corn oil instead of corn syrup in a cookie recipe. Duh!!! (boy did they spread on the pan!)
