Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Great cookies that remind me of my Grandma-Her's weren't so soft though - more crunchy- Any ideas? and it seems like the margarine today has so much water in it? But these were great soft ginger cookies! Will definately be making batches to share with neighbors for the holidays!

French Onion Soup Gratinee
Great recipe! Better than I had at some fancy place on Sunset and Vine! My question though is did you use flat leaf parsley or curly leaf? I used curly leaf because it's growing in abundance in my garden! Any difference?

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
Oh my gosh!!! I've made corned beef a bunch of times-but never like this! Followed recipe to a tee-used 2 briskets from Costco-my family absolutely raved about this! Try it!!!
