World's Best Potato Soup
Very good. Very rich! Added italian sausage as well. We decided we liked the bacon better as a topping - you get more of the salty flavor that way. So I cut the amount added to the soup & saved the rest for topping the soup.

Parsley-Stuffed Flank Steak
good flavor, but difficult to roll. Flank steak was a bit tough - both to cut & chew. Probably will not make again.

Cowboy Casserole
Good. Added mustard, worchershire sauce along with the bbq sauce. Had with cornbread. Will make again!
