I think perhaps the temperature is wrong. Mine were not cooking at 300 so I bumped it up to 350 and they did much better. They are very yummy though!

Very delicious! I made it with salsa verde rather than the regular red salsa and beef broth instead of bouillion cubes. I also topped with some shredded cheese and sour cream. Next time I would be sure to buy a leaner ground beef since 85% made it a bit greasy. Also, it makes way more meatballs than there is broth so I would either add more liquid or less meat. Will definitely make again though. The kids really liked the meatballs!

Busia's Cutout Cookies

They weren't as sweet as I thought they would be but just about perfect with some frosting. I think the more you eat, the better they taste! This dough was great consistency and even my kids (three and six) were able to roll, cut and place the cookies on the tray without any problems.

Pinwheel Cookies I

This recipe overall was pretty good and fairly easy. I added crushed peppermint candy to the non flavored half of the dough to make them chocolate peppermint. The flavors are subtle and the cookie is not too sweet.
