To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Thanks Colleen for the great recipe! As others suggested, I halved the measurements for the streusel topping and used brown sugar in the topping instead of white. Also used frozen blueberries because these were all I had. I wasn't sure how the muffins would turn out since the batter was so thick when I put it into the muffin tin but the texture of the muffins was perfect. Didn't do anything special with the blueberries either and they didn't end up sinking on me. Probably because the batter is so thick. I followed the muffin recipe exactly and it turned out 9 medium-sized muffins. Will definitely make these again!
