To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are AWESOME! I made a little alteration to the recipe. Instead of doing the entire 1/3 cup of milk, I used an orange juice/milk combination to equal 1/3 liquid and added some orange zest. YUMMY!!! Served these with sliced watermelon, cantaloupe and fresh sliced pineapple. Best Saturday breakfast in a while.

Basic Crepes
I've made this recipe twice. First time, I took the advice from another member that said to beat the eggs with the milk and water first. THEN add the flour. Turned out great. This time I decided to follow the recipe which is beating the eggs and flour first. HUGE MISTAKE! It was like a big glob of goo then did not blend. Instead it was a watery, chunky mess. I re-made this the way I did the first time and VOILA! Perfect. Remember: Beat all the wet, then mix in the dry. :)

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Can not keep my hands off of the cinammon chips. YUMMYY!!! I did brush on real melted butter instead of spray flavoring for the tortilla chips. I just don't eat fake anything. Prefer the real thing. And on my pampered chef stone, it took the chips more like 13-15 minutes to bake. As far as the salsa went, it too is very yummy and VERY sweet (I may cut the sugar next time). I used a diced mango, lb of strawberries, small box of raspberries, 2 kiwis and 2 apples. I also used raspberry preserves. YUMMY! My youngest wanted a dollup of it over his vanilla yogurt and he gobbled it all up. This recipe is a keeper.
