Chocolate Eclair Cake
Made the following changes: Used one layer of chocolate graham crackers on the bottom, used sugar free, fat free white chocolate instant pudding, skim milk, low fat graham crackers and cool whip lite. We had leftover chocolate icing that I added cool whip to and melted in the microwave. Poured over the finished cake and refrigerated overnight. I have made this many times and this definitely was the best! I will use this combination every time!

Super-Duper Chili
This is the best chili I have ever had! My husband even loves it and he doesn't usually like chili. I only used 1/2 of the cheese, didn't want it to be too cheesy. Will make again and again!

Cream Puff Cake
Made the cake with the layer of chocolate from the eclair II recipe using Milk Chocolate Chips instead of the semi sweet chips. Everyone loved the cake. It tasted just like a cream puff! Will make it again and again!
