Quick and Easy Lemon Pie
I must have done something wrong, the cream cheese went rancid when I put it into the mixture. I threw the pudding out.

Brown Sugar Smokies
These were a hit at my party. I would only have one minor change, buy lean bacon. The bacon grease was overwhelming. Also, use sharp toothpicks, my husband bought flat toothpicks and it made it a little difficult.

Florentine Artichoke Dip
I made this for my party, it was great! I kept in hot in my chaffing dish and served it with toasted baguettes.
