I am a university student in Washington, DC originally from Princeton, NJ. Any baked goods and East-Asian dishes. With a friend, cooked a DE-lish 30 pound turkey in the unpredictable dorm kitchen oven during mid-terms and scored an 'A' in World Politics the next morning. I spent an entire day trying to replicate the pork dumplings my boyfriend's mother taught me to make and failed miserably. I don't know what happened, but the filling was disgusting and completely inedible. The dumplings themselves simply fell apart. I was supposed to bring them to be eaten at my best friend's graduation party, but I stopped off at the local grocer on the way over and contributed some store-bought choc chip cookies instead.
