To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Ok, so the muffins tasted pretty good... but I filled the cups up to the top like the recipe said and they overflowed and looked SO ugly. Not to mention dripping on the bottom of my oven and burning, ew. So I may make these again, but I will DEF not fill them all the way up, or use as much butter in the topping.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This was very good! I added more pesto and cheese on top... to much pesto! But over all, very tasty. I only needed to cook mine for 30 minutes.

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

OH! This was good! I made a few changes to go with what I had and what I like... I didn't have any cilantro and I left out the corn... and I used pepper jack cheese in and on the rice. It was so yummy!

Best Brownies

SO YUMMY! I didn't make the icing b/c we had ice cream on top of our warm brownies. I added some chopped up dove dark chocolate to make them even chocolatier! These are great.

Fiesta Macaroni

I am giving this a three b/c of the way I made it. I didn't have hot sauce so I used a can of rotel and it was to spicy for my son to eat. I also left out the beans... b/c that just sounded weird with macaroni. I will try again with the right stuff.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

SO GOOD AND RICH FLAVORED! I did add an extra teaspoon of almond extract b/c I love the flavor it adds to food... I also used 4 whole eggs and enough egg whites to make up for the other 2 eggs. The cake is so good and moist! I made it for our wedding anniversary and my husband, who's not a sweet freak like me, has already had 3 pieces today.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

By far the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made! I did make a few changes though... I didn't have any butter so I used shortening and I added a teaspoon of Almond extract! Gave the cookies that added yummy factor!
