Caramel Frosting I

followed the recipe exactly and used it as filling on a butter pecan cake. It was DIVINE!!! The icing did get hard pretty quick, so I microwaved it a few seconds and it was spreadable. It only made enough to fill one layer though.

Apple Cake III

I really like this, but I change it up. I add in a box of instant butterscotch pudding to the cake and apples. I skip the butter and nuts on top and just sprinkle it with brown sugar and cinnamon. It's SO moist and tastes even better the next day.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Very good! I added the whole bag of spinach and I ended up not using the pesto b/c I realized I had garlicky alfredo sauce. I also added some bacon bits! VERY GOOD!

Blonde Brownies I

DELICIOUS! I didn't change anything but to double it and use butterscotch chips intsead of chocolate b/c that's what I had. I baked it in a 9x13 for 33 minutes! I will make these again

Salsa Chicken Fiesta (lighter recipe)

I really liked this. I added a little more dough for the bottom and used my own homemade hot sauce and it was great! I also boiled my chicken instead of cooking it in a pan b/c it was easier and faster for me. I'll make this again!

These were awesome! I didn't change a thing. I used my food processor and that made it so easy. I only needed half of the milk. Mine didn't raise to much, so next time I think I'll let them sit a little while before I bake them.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

VERY GOOD! I followed the directions exactly except that I made mine in a 9" springform pan. It turned out beautiful! The first time I made these, my husband was going to take them to work, but he forgot them, so he ate the ENTIRE plate in 2 evenings! He really likes them!
