B and L's Strawberry Smoothie
VERY GOOD! Tasty, refreshing and healthy! I used vanilla fat free yogurt instead of plain and kept everything else the same.

Chicken Fiesta Salad
I loved this, very flavorful and healthy! I added a few baked tostitos and a sprinkle of fat free cheese along with a little cilantro. I will be making this again and again!

Pesto Chicken Florentine
Very good! I added the whole bag of spinach and I ended up not using the pesto b/c I realized I had garlicky alfredo sauce. I also added some bacon bits! VERY GOOD!
