Creamy Hot Cocoa
Mmm, just what I was looking for to warm me up. I followed the reviews and only used 1/2 cup sugar.

Caramel Frosting I
followed the recipe exactly and used it as filling on a butter pecan cake. It was DIVINE!!! The icing did get hard pretty quick, so I microwaved it a few seconds and it was spreadable. It only made enough to fill one layer though.

Apple Cake III
I really like this, but I change it up. I add in a box of instant butterscotch pudding to the cake and apples. I skip the butter and nuts on top and just sprinkle it with brown sugar and cinnamon. It's SO moist and tastes even better the next day.
