BBQ anything, pasta, breakfast My family's tomato sauce recipe (we call it tomato gravy but that confuses everyone) I adapted a recipe from the book "How to Cook Meat". It was an apple and sausage-stuffed rack of pork chops I grilled over a wood fire. I had several missteps with this recipe but it turned out wonderful. I overcooked a rack of beef ribs that turned into something resembling leather.
