Very good burgers. No complaints here. Look forward to making them again.

This was an amazing pie. Subtle. I used an extra pear the second time and it came out even better. I also put aluminum foil around the edges of the pie for the first half of the baking. Came out perfect! This will become one of my yearly holiday pies.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this recipe. The top was nice and crispy and the inside wonderfully warm. It was a little too much dough for the amount of apple used. My biggest disappointment was the bottom. I expected gooey but the bottom was slippery and disgusting...almost as if they dough was only slightly cooked. I've considered trying again and actually cooking them for 10 minutes or so BEFORE pouring the mixture over it. Maybe using a little less liquid as well. If I do attempt this I'll edit my review.
