Chicken with Rice (Arroz con Pollo)
my husband thought it was to dry. I liked it. I used the left overs in burritos, it was a hit.

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are by far the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made, I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine. this will be my only chocolate chip cookie recipe now!

Asian Orange Chicken
I love orange chicken, this was by far the best recipe ever. the first time i made it i did not make the chicken crispy enough so it was to mushy with the sauce, but even then it was good.
