I am living very happily as a stay-at-home wife and mother (to two wonderful little boys, ages 4 & 1). I am also an online student of medical transcription and VERY close to finished with the course. I very seriously considered becoming a chef. I even toured the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and two Johnson & Wales locations when picking out a college. Ultimately, I did not want the job, only the education! So I settled on learning all I could out of school. And here I am!
