Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

Lots of chopping but worth it. The cranberry, apple and sausage are great together. Now a holiday tradition at our place.

Grilled Cheese with Tomato, Peppers and Basil

These were a tasty spin on the original. My husband has requested them a few times since. Prep is impotrant for getting these just right. Slice everything quite thin so that the cheese can melt to keep them together.

Baked Sweet Potatoes

Pizza Casserole

This was a great recipe! My husband and I loved it. Easy to make and tasty. I used a few extra peppers and added some red pepper flakes for a little heat, just the way we like our pizza. Very versitile. I'll be making it again.

Greek Penne and Chicken

This was a great pasta dish that both my husband and I really enjoyed. As we are not big fans of artichokes I substituted them with extra tomato. I used a large can of diced tomatoes instead of a fresh chopped one and it was just perfect. It also cut down the prep time. I did take note of some of the other reviews and cut down the amount of pasta I used. It was a great summer pasta that was not too heavy. This is a keeper at my place.

Simple Country Ribs

What a great rib recipe! I made these for our first BBQ of the summer and they were a real hit. We too used some beer in the boiling as some others suggested and they turned out really well. I will be making these again for sure!

Onion and Sausage Pizza Loaf

This was a really tasty meal that both my husband and I really enjoyed. And it was easy to make as well. My only caution is watch what size of loaf you buy. Mine was a tad too big for the amount of topping made. But still a tasty treat.
