So I guess I am going to be the bad guy here amongst all these raving reviews. First, I am a pretty darn good cook and second, I followed the recipe to the letter. I made this for a dinner held for a family after a funeral and I was a little embarrassed that everyone knew it was mine. Onion should not be in this recipe, just too much for the apples and the brown sugar. I was terribly dissapointed. If I did something wrong I don't know what since I did not stray from what is written here. Sorry, I won't be making this again.

I baked these today for my three dogs and they loved them! My schipperke, Shazza, is a very finicky eater and yet she had three. If she eats them then they must be great! I know I will be using this recipe over and over. Thanks!

I was cooking for guests and wanted a good chicken salad recipe. Well, let me tell you, if that is what you are looking for this is it! This is the first rating I have ever given on this website and this chicken salad is so good I just had to speak up. Wonderful! You CANNOT go wrong with this recipe. I know I will be making this over and over again. I changed nothing, went directly by the recipe. Look no further if you are searching for the best chicken salad, this is it!
