Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
Wow! This was so simple for how great it tastes! Extra tomatoes and feta would be even better.

Jackie's Spinach and Apple Salad
The dressing was delish! Everything was great in this salad, except we used shredded cheese and it wasn't noticeable. No need to add fat when there's no flavor! Will try with dried cranberries instead.

Pumpkin Pie Cake I
Delicious! It was much better than we anticipated! The crunch of the nuts was perfect in every bite. We will be making it again, but thought that it was very sweet, and will try to cut back on some of the sugar.
