Really good and a nice change from the regular banana bread I usually make. I have even made it into a loaf and cooked it at 350 for about an hour. will make again

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I absolutely loved this recipe. It was so easy to make and I will definitely make again. Very creamy, I used real whipped cream instead of the whipped topping.

Classic Tiramisu

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This was pretty good. I made it for Thanksgiving. The only problem I had was that the sugar crystalized in some parts of the custard and made it unbearably sweet in spots. I loved that I could make it two days in advance.

This was pretty good. I made it for Thanksgiving. The only problem I had was that the sugar crystalized in some parts of the custard and made it unbearably sweet in spots. I loved that I could make it two days in advance. Also it is the same recipe that was on the back of the lady fingers package.

Chicken in Creamy Pan Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
I really liked this recipe, I have made it twice this month. Once over pasta and another by itself. I really love that you use cream cheese as the thickener. I buy a few at a time since they have a long shelf life and I can make this dinner very quickly in a pinch.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2007
I brought this to a poker party and everyone loved it even one of the people who doesn't like peanut butter and chocolate together(which I think is a sin). I did take some other suggestions from the reviews. I made my own graham cracker crust, I lined the bottom crust with Reese's magic shell and crumbled Reese's PB cups and sprinkled on the bottom before adding the main recipe. I also drizzled more magic shell on the top and garnished with extra whipped cream. I also used lite cream cheese, fat free Cool Whip because everything else was so rich and it turned out perfectly. The poker players at the entire pie, no leftovers.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This recipe was excellent. The only thing that I did different was to use no boil noodles and I added an egg and some seasoning to the ricotta cheese. I will definitely be making this again.

Individual Beef Wellingtons

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This was such a hit. I had my parents over for a birthday party and made these individual wellington's. My parents and my husband cannot stop raving about this meal. Even my 5 year old and 2 year old sons ate half a wellington each. I did serve this meat with a wine reduction sauce. I took one can of beef broth and 1 cup or so of red wine and a couple of tablespoons of butter and let them simmer for about 20 minutes, then added 1/4 cup of heavy cream and simmered for another 5-10 minutes. The sauce is super rich but complements the meal perfectly. I alos shortened the cook time on the beef because of other reviews and my oven tends to cook quickly. I cooked my wellington's for 18 minutes and they came out med-rare and perfect.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe was good, but very sweet. My family likes our cinnamon rolls with frosting and put together with these rolls and they are a little too sweet. They were also not quite as doughy as we like them.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
Very good and super easy recipe. I will never use store bought pizza dough again. I did add a few cloves of chopped garlic and some italian seasoning to flavor the dough because I made a white pizza with fresh tomatoes and garlic. I have two little boys and dough was easy for them to eat than the crispier kind. Thanks for the recipe.

Bow-Tie Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2007
Wonderful sauce, I added some raosted red peppers to the sauce and it worked out perfectly. My 5 and 2 year old sons and husband who all hate peppers ate this sauce without any problems. I served it over ricotta stuffed rigatoni.

This pie was delicious, I used frozen raspberries instead of freah and it still turned out great. I also added some frozen strawberries and it helped cut down on the tartness of the berries. I will definitely try this again

Churros

Really good recipe. I made these for my sons preschool class for cinco de mayo. Quick tip you must eat them right away they don't keep after a few hours, they start to get soggy.
