Chicken Breasts Pierre
Delicious and easy. Followed the recipe as is. Served with penne.

Quick Chicken And Wine
Very yummy! The wine and cooked cheese go so well together. I usually throw in some red bell pepper slices and asparagus or green beans. Serve over pasta and you have a complete meal.

Chicken Parmigiana
Very good and easy recipe. I often mix a couple palm fulls of grated parmesan with the bread crumbs and provolone to melt on top. And when I'm feeling a little lazy, I just put a few slices on top of the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking and then pour the sauce over to serve.
