Chicken Parmigiana
Very good and easy recipe. I often mix a couple palm fulls of grated parmesan with the bread crumbs and provolone to melt on top. And when I'm feeling a little lazy, I just put a few slices on top of the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking and then pour the sauce over to serve.
